Repair services that take place here at our workshop.

Normal service. Fixes equipment failures in around a week. We take into account the needs of each of our customers when organising our priorities.

Urgent service. Emergency repairs in 24 hours. This service can be requested at the moment that the equipment is brought in to us. The urgent service rate will only be applied if the repair is completed satisfactorily in the time specified.

Immediate Service. This is designed to resolve simple problems in under an hour. This service can be requested at the moment that the equipment is brought in to us. A technician will evaluate the problem and determine if it is possible to repair in an hour. In less than five minutes the clients can be told if it is possible, and how much it will cost.

Packaging and shipping. Suitable preparation and packing for equipment that have to be sent through a shipping agent and that has no adequate packaging or originally came in to us without any. This way, we are totally sure that the packaging is adequate to totally protect the equipment during transportation.

Repair services that take place on location outside of SETEM’s workshop.

Normal service. The client will receive a visit from a technician within approximately 10 days from the date of request, selecting from a convenient slot in our schedule.

Urgent service. The client will receive a visit from a technician within 24 hours of the request, allowing for availability. We will inform the client immediately at the moment of request what the availability looks like.

Normal service:
0,7 Euro/km	Extra costs for travel by car outside the city of Barcelona.
36 Euro	One off cost for the travel and service within the city of Barcelona and preparation within the workshop.
40 Euro/h	Manual labour (Musical instruments, professional audio)
